Apple-Kale Smoothie

Kale (yes, KALE!) makes a sneak appearance in this fresh fruit smoothie. Use whatever proportions of fruit (and greens) you like.

  •   Orange juice

  •   Fresh ginger

  •   Apple chunks

  •   Kale

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and thick.
