Indoor Barbecue Roasted Salmon

Simple seasonings perk up the salmon with a sweet spicy rub.

indoor barbeque roasted salmon
Ingredients
  • (6-ounce) salmon fillets

  • tablespoons light brown sugar

  • teaspoons chili powder

  • teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4  teaspoon ground cinnamon

  •   Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, and salt and pepper.  Rub over salmon. Place salmon in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
