Spicy Roasted Salmon

A sweet, spicy rub perks up this salmon. It’s easy to make and simply delicious.

Ingredients
  • teaspoons light brown sugar

  • teaspoons chili powder

  • teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/4  teaspoon ground cinnamon

  •   Salt and pepper

  • (5-ounce) salmon filets

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 400F.
  2. In small bowl, combine spices, rub over salmon. Place salmon in 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with fork.
