Sweet and Sour Carrot and Cranberry Salad

  • carrots, peeled and shredded

  • 1/2  cup dried cranberries (Craisins)

  • tablespoon honey

  • teaspoons lemon juice

  •   Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds

Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
