Tangerine, Pineapple and Blueberry Smoothie

Use the fruits in whatever proportion you like (on have on hand) for this quick smoothie.

Ingredients
  •   Freshly squeezed tangerine juice

  •   Plain yogurt

  •   Fresh pineapple chunks

  •   Frozen blueberries

  •   Flax seeds

  •   Banana

  •  

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and thick.
