- 1/4 cup of fresh basil (julienned )
- 1 tbsp of sherry vinegar
- 4 med of tomatoes (cored, seeds and membranes removed)
- 1 small of jalapeño pepper (trimmed and seeded)
- 1/2 of shallots (chopped)
- 1/2 of red bell pepper (chopped)
- 4 cup of seedless watermelon (cubed)
- 1 of cucumber(s) (peeled and seeded)
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
