Ingredients (12)
- 2 green onion (scallion) trimmed and knotted together or lightly crushed
- 1 Freshly crushed black pepper
- 0.25 cup sake
- 0.25 cup light soy sauce
- 0.25 cup Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 fresh ginger 1-inch piece thinly sliced
- 3 clove large garlic peeled
- 1 tsp tapioca starch or cornstarch diluted with 2 Tbsps. water
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 2 lbs flank steak (often labeled “London broil”)
