  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • 300 grams pumpkin (kaddu) - cubed or chopped
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup grated coconut
  • salt as required
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
