  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon goda masala
  • salt as required
  • for tempering alu chi bhaji:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 7 to 8 curry leaves
