- For malpua batter:
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 3 to 4 green cardamoms
- 3 pinches baking soda
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tablespoons khoya
- 3 tablespoons Curd
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
- For sugar syrup:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- For rabdi:
- 1.25 litres whole milk
- 2.5 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 5 to 6 green cardamoms
- 2 pinches saffron strands
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 2 tablespoons pistachios
