  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • water
  • 9 to 10 black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • salt as required
  • For tempering:
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 5 to 6 curry leaves
  • Other Ingredient:
  • oil or ghee as required for roasting the dosa
