  • 2 to 3 garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi,
  • ⅔ to 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon cream
  • salt as required
  • Whole spices:
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 2 green cardamoms
  • 3 to 4 cloves
  • 1 tej patta
  • 1 black cardamom
