  • salt as required
  • ½ cup water
  • for tempering:
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or sesame oil or any oil
  • ½ or ¾ teaspoon mustard seeds/rai
  • ½ or ¾ teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
  • 1 or 2 dry red chilies
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
