  • ⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • for frying green chilies:
  • 2 to 3 green chilies
  • 1 to 2 pinches salt
