- 1 cup 2 % or full fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- For serving:
- Fruit of your choice (I love kiwi and blackberries, strawberry and banana, or fresh peaches)
- Dried coconut flakes
- Sliced almonds
