- 1/2 cup steel cut oats or sub with quick or rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almonds coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup flax seed ground
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 - 3 large eggs or 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup or honey warmed up if necessary
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- Cooking spray I use Misto
