  • For the Crosses:
  • 2 1/2 oz. / 75 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 oz. / 35 g butter (cold, cut into small pieces)
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon apricot jam (heated)
