- 90 grams granulated sugar (⅓ cup + 2 tablespoons)
- 10 grams honey (1/2 tablespoon)
- 140 grams butter (softened) (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 large egg yolk (room temperature)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- zest 1 orange
