- 1¼ teaspoon active dry yeast
- 2 cups + 1 tablespoon all purpose flour or bread flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk
- ⅓-½ cup dried fruit (candied fruit)
- GLAZE:
- 1½ tablespoon water
- 1½ tablespoon granulated sugar
