Ingredients (9)

• 1 ¾ cups + 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa (sifted)
• ¼ teaspoon salt*
• 1¼ cup butter (very cold)
• ½ cup water (very cold)
• *If using unsalted butter then add ½ teaspoon of salt.:
• EGG WASH:
• 1 large egg
• 1-2 tablespoons water
