  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into 8 pieces
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 firm bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch rings
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
