- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

- 1/4 cup water, warm
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil or nonstick cooking spray for greasing the bowl
