• 2 ounces Chocolate malt, crushed
• 1 pound dry malt extract
• 0.75 ounces Northern Brewer hops - 60 minutes
• 0.5 ounces Northern Brewer hops - 30 minutes
• 0.75 ounces Northern Brewer hops - 10 minutes
• 1.5 Liter Starter of White Labs WLP 810 or Wyeast 2112
