 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
 - 2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon rum
 - 4 tablespoons cream of coconut
 - 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes
 - Unsweetened large coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
