• 6 pieces of sandwich bread
• One red bell pepper
• One green bell pepper
• 8 strips of bacon
• 1/2 onion
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 6 eggs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup white cheddar cheese
• Extra butter for cooking the omelet
