- 1/4 cup of erythritol (or other sugar substitute)
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of raw unsalted cashews
- 1 of egg white
- 1 cup of raw unsalted almonds
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of raw unsalted pistachios (shells removed)
