- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp orange water (or rose water)
- 1 orange (4 inch by 1 inch strip of the zest)
