• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 sweet onion
• 1 8 ounce package cream cheese
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
