• 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 1/4 Cups Cool Whip
• Toppings:
• 1 Bag Mini Unwrapped Reeses
• 3.1 Ounce Bag Mini Reeses Halved
• 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter Chips
• 1/3 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips Milk is fine
• 1/4-1/3 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips melted
