  • 2 Cans Tomatoes 15 oz. fire roasted with juice
  • 1 Can Tomato Paste 6 oz.
  • 1 Red Onion chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 Jalapeños seeded and minced *optional
  • 2-3 Cups Beef Stock
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano dried
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1-2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt or to taste based on the smoked brisket
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground
  • 2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic minced
