- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp grated fresh ginger (approximately 2-inch piece, peeled)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 scallions (green onions) trimmed and roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp Gochujang (optional for heat)
