• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 stick butter, softened
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
• 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped thin creme de menthe chocolate mints plus more for top
