  • Butter Chicken Gravy:
  • 1 teaspoon oil any neutral-flavored cooking oil
  • 1 yellow onion roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander ground or seeds
