- 6 Florida bib or butter lettuce leaves
- 6 to 8 slices thick cut bacon, cooked to desired crispness
- 2 slices of your favorite bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup Charred Florida Tomato Dressing
- 1 teaspoon fresh herbs (basil, parsley, thyme), chopped fine
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
