- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoon spicy mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Florida seasoning blend (Everglades or your favorite)
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
