  • ½ cup diced mini salad shrimp (find in grocery store freezer section)
  • 2 cups chopped imitation crab stick (find in an Asian market)
  • ¼ cup minced scallion
  • ½ cup minced celery
  • ½ cup sour cream (or creme fraiche)
  • ½ cup Kewpie mayo (find in an Asian market)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ teaspoon Maldon sea salt
  • 12 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)

Directions

  1. Mix shrimp, imitation crab stick, scallion, celery, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, and sea salt together in a bowl. Serve plain or with nori. Enjoy!
  2. This salad can last for about five days in the refrigerator.
