- 1½ cups chopped cooked egg (roughly 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs)
- 1½ cups chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- ½ cup chopped pepperoncini
- ½ cup mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
