  • 1½ cups chopped cooked egg (roughly 6 to 8 hard-boiled eggs)
  • 1½ cups chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped pepperoncini
  • ½ cup mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
