Homemade Fresh Mint Tea

15 minutes Prep: 5 minutes Serves 10

Ingredients (3)

  • 30 to 40 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 3 ounces fresh mint
  • honey or sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Boil 8 quarts water in a large pot.
  2. Remove pot from heat and add all the tea bags and mint in boiling water and steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Strain tea and sweeten with honey. Cool and enjoy over ice. It is divine!
