Sheet Pan Nachos

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 servings guacamole
  • 12 servings pico de gallo

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Arrange tortilla chips on a sheet pan in a single layer.
  3. Cook and stir ground beef and red onion together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it is completely cooked, about 10 minutes; remove from heat.
  4. Top chips with cheddar cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is completely melted, 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add cooked ground beef, guacamole, and pico de gallo on top of the chips and melted cheddar cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
