- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 servings guacamole
- 12 servings pico de gallo
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange tortilla chips on a sheet pan in a single layer.
- Cook and stir ground beef and red onion together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it is completely cooked, about 10 minutes; remove from heat.
- Top chips with cheddar cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is completely melted, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add cooked ground beef, guacamole, and pico de gallo on top of the chips and melted cheddar cheese.
- Serve immediately.
