Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

Ingredients (8)

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • ½ cup plus 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Beat brown sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, to creamed butter mixture, mixing well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Stir vanilla extract into butter mixture.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix; stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Use cookie dough for S’mores Dookies.
