
Mini Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients (8)
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 10 mini slices cheddar cheese
- 10 slider rolls
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped pickles
Directions
- Divide ground beef into 1.5-oz chunks and form into 10 mini burger patties; season each with salt and black pepper.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat; flip each patty. Top each patty with cheddar cheese and cook until cheese is slightly melted and patties are cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and wipe clean.
- Place buns, sliced-side down, into skillet and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Layer a burger patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles onto bottom bun; add top bun.
