Mini Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients (8)

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 10 mini slices cheddar cheese
  • 10 slider rolls
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped pickles

Directions

  1. Divide ground beef into 1.5-oz chunks and form into 10 mini burger patties; season each with salt and black pepper.
  2. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat; flip each patty. Top each patty with cheddar cheese and cook until cheese is slightly melted and patties are cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and wipe clean.
  3. Place buns, sliced-side down, into skillet and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Layer a burger patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickles onto bottom bun; add top bun.
