Monster Omelet
Ingredients (2)
- 12 eggs, whisked together
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat a well-seasoned cast iron skillet on medium high heat and add eggs at the same time.
- Slowly and consistently push the eggs into the middle to avoid it sticking in any one place.
- If you are feeling daring, flip the entire omelet with the skillet!
- Ådd cheese and fold omelet into ½ circle. Cook all the way through without burning.
