Monster Omelet

Ingredients (2)

  • 12 eggs, whisked together
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat a well-seasoned cast iron skillet on medium high heat and add eggs at the same time.
  2. Slowly and consistently push the eggs into the middle to avoid it sticking in any one place.
  3. If you are feeling daring, flip the entire omelet with the skillet!
  4. Ådd cheese and fold omelet into ½ circle. Cook all the way through without burning.
