Caesar Dressing

Ingredients (8)

  • 1¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 12 anchovies
  • 1 lemon, juiced or more to taste
  • 3 small cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place Parmesan cheese, mayo, anchovies, lemon juice, garlic, white wine vinegar,Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust to your personal preference. For more tart, add more lemon juice. For more savory, add more cheese!
