Caesar Dressing
Ingredients (8)
- 1¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 12 anchovies
- 1 lemon, juiced or more to taste
- 3 small cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Place Parmesan cheese, mayo, anchovies, lemon juice, garlic, white wine vinegar,Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth. Adjust to your personal preference. For more tart, add more lemon juice. For more savory, add more cheese!
