- 1 large French bread loaf, cubed
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic powder to bread cubes. Mix well, coating all sides of the cubes.
- Place seasoned bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
