  • 1 large French bread loaf, cubed
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, salt, and garlic powder to bread cubes. Mix well, coating all sides of the cubes.
  4. Place seasoned bread cubes on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
