- 1 pound Italian loaf (or French loaf)
- ½ cup salted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice bread in half lengthwise and place on a large baking sheet, cut-sides up.
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt together in a small bowl until well combined; spread evenly over bread.
- Bake in the preheated oven until slightly golden brown on the edges, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove bread from the oven and evenly distribute the Parmesan cheese between the 2 pieces; bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes more.
