Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients (12)

  • ½ cup plus 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup smashed pretzels
  • ½ cup smashed potato chips
  • 2 Hostess cupcakes, crumbled

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar together in a bowl using an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Stir vanilla extract into creamed butter mixture.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed butter mixture, mixing until dough is just combined.
  5. Stir chocolate chips, marshmallows, pretzels, potato chips, and crumbled cupcakes into dough.
  6. Spoon dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown around the edges, 8 to 12 minutes.
