Kitchen Sink Cookies
Ingredients (12)
- ½ cup plus 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup smashed pretzels
- ½ cup smashed potato chips
- 2 Hostess cupcakes, crumbled
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
- Beat butter and brown sugar together in a bowl using an electric mixer until the mixture is creamy and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Stir vanilla extract into creamed butter mixture.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add flour mixture to creamed butter mixture, mixing until dough is just combined.
- Stir chocolate chips, marshmallows, pretzels, potato chips, and crumbled cupcakes into dough.
- Spoon dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown around the edges, 8 to 12 minutes.
