Baked Eggs For a Crowd

  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 10 eggs
  • salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray olive oil on the parchment.
  3. Crack eggs right onto the parchment paper in their own little area like you would space out cookies. Season each with salt.
  4. Bake eggs until whites are cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  5. Remove eggs with a spatula keeping white with the yolk for each egg.
  6. Use eggs on breakfast sandwiches or in a protein bowl for dinner.
