Avocado Toast

Ingredients (4)

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 whole avocado
  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt, such as Maldon

Directions

  1. Toast bread slices and spread butter on each slice while warm.
  2. Cut avocado in ½, remove pit, and cut slices in each half.
  3. Spread avocado slices on buttered toast and top each with a pinch of salt.
