Ingredients (4)
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 whole avocado
- ½ teaspoon coarse salt, such as Maldon
Directions
- Toast bread slices and spread butter on each slice while warm.
- Cut avocado in ½, remove pit, and cut slices in each half.
- Spread avocado slices on buttered toast and top each with a pinch of salt.
