
Crepes with Nutella & Strawberries
Ingredients (9)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup lukewarm water
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup white sugar
- pinch of salt
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sliced strawberries, or more to taste
- ½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella), or more to taste
Directions
- Combine flour, milk, water, eggs, sugar, and salt in a bowl; blend using a hand mixer until batter is smooth. Slowly drizzle melted butter into batter and mix to combine.
- Place a flat cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup batter and pour onto hot skillet. Quickly move the skillet around in a circle to completely cover the surface. Cook until the batter is set, 1 to 2 minutes (crêpes cook quickly!). Flip crêpe using a rubber spatula; cook for a few seconds and remove crêpe from skillet and transfer to a plate (it only needs a few seconds on the other side).
- Repeat the cooking process with remaining batter.
- Spread Nutella down the center of each crêpe, top with strawberries, and wrap crêpe around the filling.
