Homemade Apple Sauce
Ingredients (4)
- 9 apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- Combine apples, water, sugar, and cinnamon in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until liquid reduces and desired consistency is reached, 10 to 15 minutes.
- If you want it smooth, remove the saucepan from heat and puree with an immersion blender.
